Living in West LA? Enjoy Mediterranean food? If not, I’m hoping to sell you with this review of Cedar House in Studio City, CA.
Of course a restaurant in Studio City, CA has nothing to do with living in West Los Angeles, however, when you are completely in love with something and living in West LA which isn’t far from the valley, you need to tell others so they can have the same experience! Cedar House Mediterranean Restaurant has some of the best food I’ve ever had. Being a guy that has never tried Mediterranean food, my cousins swore that I would enjoy their Chicken Shawarma wrap – they couldn’t have been more correct. 
The Chicken Shawarma wrap consists of their specially prepared chicken with a garlic sauce glazed over it combined with pickles and tomato’s wrapped in fresh pita bread! I’ve never had something that tasted like this and that tastes so delicious – I’ve had it three times in one week.
Aside from the delicious food, the staff is also very friendly. I’ve gone in at least a half dozen times by now and have always been greeted properly and my take out order is always ready to go! The great service, inexpensiveness, and best of all, deliciousness are well worth the 15 minute drive (with no Los Angele 405 North traffic).

What’s up everybody!? Sorry again for the delay, time has not been on my side. This review of eBudget Furniture dot com might not fit in the West Los Angeles, California neighborhood, but since I’m living in West LA, and I used their services, it counts for me and I think you’ll find the information useful!
Based in Irvine, CA, I randomly came across their site using the powers of Google. I started browsing their different selections of bedroom sets as well as living room sets and was immediately impressed by the styles they offer as well as their amazing prices. I had to stop myself and start
searching for reviews and testimonials for the company. The reviews were as good as their prices! My confidence in giving my business to this company sky rocketed.
After narrowing my shopping search, I finally committed myself to purchasing their Timely Fabric Sofa Sectional in a hazelnut color which included a free ottoman as well as their 4 piece Lumanov Queen Bedroom Set. Because I live in West Los Angeles, delivery was free! I also paid the extra $35 dollars to have their delivery man set the furniture up. All was set until I received a phone call from the company saying certain pieces of my bedroom set were out of stock and delayed. Not even showing much concern on my end, they took it upon themselves to give me a free upgrade to a better bedroom set – no questions asked! Not only do they have a wonderful selection with amazing prices and deals, they have above and beyond customer service!!! They ended up hooking me up with the 4 piece Hillsborough Queen Bedroom Set.
I received everything on the very day that I expected delivery to take place on and the delivery man was extremely polite, professional, and quick! The furniture is gorgeous and have been getting many compliments from all who have stepped foot into my apartment!
If you are in the market for new furniture for any room in your home, I highly recommend checking this business out! They get an A+ from me!

West Coast Tire and Service Review

West Coast Tire & Service – your one stop shop for everything automobile repair! Everybody needs a good auto shop when living in West Los Angeles, and I found one!
Yes, I had a bit of a problem yesterday morning – an ugly flat tire that I noticed before pulling out of my driveway for work. After a couple minutes of being frustrated, I was able to change it out and put the infamous “donut” spare tire on.
I was referred to West Coast Tire by a local mechanic, so I called later in the afternoon and they told me to stop right over and they’ll fit me in – no problem.
When I arrived, I was politely greeted by the owner, Bob Mirman (I think it was him anyways), who then handed me over to Tom, the main man running the show now. Tom was great. Juggling about 17 phone calls and taking care of me, I was seriously impressed at his efficiency, great customer service/care, and his knowledge about cars in general. He never once pushed me to get an expensive tire, instead, he talked me through every tire that would fit my car and the Why’s and Why Not’s about purchasing.
Because of the care that Tom and staff puts into every car that comes into their lot, they noticed a nail in another tire and never once told me I needed a brand new tire, no – Tom suggested to try to fix it because it’s a good tire and in great shape and didn’t want to see me pay extra money if I didn’t have to (they were able to fix it) – not to mention he set me up with a free alignment checkup.
This Auto shop hands down won my business going forward – they do everything, all the way down to detailing!

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Review

Hey folks! Sorry about the lack of West Los Angeles review posts. Moving is quite time consuming! Anyways, this review is two fold – I’m going to cover two Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations.
First, the one 
I frequented daily while staying in Studio City before I move to West Los Angeles. The second is now the current shop I frequent in the morning.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – 12501 West Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604, (818) 763-7271
I can’t say enough positive things about this Studio City Coffee Bean. Within 3 days, all morning staff new me by my first name and new my coffee of choice. The folks here are so polite and always greet their customers with a smile on their face and wishing you a great day when you are leaving. The fact that I can’t frequent this coffee establishment since I moved to West LA is seriously a bummer to me!

This Coffee Bean shop isn’t exactly up to par with the above mentioned. It’s smaller, not as clean, and the employees do not show nearly the amount of kindness that the Studio City establishment shows. Sure, the size of the place is out of their hands however, it can always be made up for with cleanliness and A+ customer service.
Sure, I could be being a bit harsh, but this is a review blog, and I’m being honest with my experience.
I’m a huge fan of their coffee, but the way you are treated almost makes the taste even better – my order is the regular size Cafe Vanilla, sugar free with more coffee

Sit ‘N Sleep in Studio City, CA Review

OK OK OK! I know this isn’t part of the West Los Angeles region but I just moved here and I need a mattress to sleep on!
I’m currently staying with my amazing cousins and their 6 month old in Studio City before I move to my own pad in West LA. I have all my furniture purchased and ready to be delivered this coming Friday,
Sit 'N Sleep
except for a mattress! Luckily, a newly opened Sit ‘N Sleep a mile from their house on Ventura BLVD was offering some great deals!
My salesperson, Josh, couldn’t have given me better customer service. Within a minute of me entering the store, I was politely greeted by him with a firm hand shake. He asked me a few questions about how I sleep, what type of mattress I prefer(firm/soft/etc.) and then proceeded to take a sleep study test which lasted about 4 minutes.
Once the test was completed, Josh showed me about 6 beds, never pushing me to any certain bed because it was more expensive – he was very helpful, informative, and seemed to actually care that I walk out not just buying an expensive bed, but getting something in my price range and the most comfort based on my test results and personal needs.
I walked out after about 40 minutes with an $850 bed marked down from $1499.00! Couldn’t be happier! The bed I chose was a Sealy Marina Del Rey.

West LA Cabo Cantina Review

The first bar that I visited when I officially moved to Los Angeles on March 14th, 2012. I loved it here. It’s a small place from the outside but the seating inside was fairly abundant. Bar seats, booth style seating, long tables for parties to come eat and drink at, and even a few taller table and chairs. Extremely fun and casual atmosphere with friendly service. Throw in a game, and you can spend the day here!
Happy hour here is one of the best deals in town. Huge margaritas with $5 daily specials for the entrees. The weekends feature brunch with the options of bottomless mimosas and breakfast burritos.
